How Digital Transcription Works

Record a sound file using any device mobile phone, digital sound files, DVD, CD, MP3, .DSS or .WAV.  Send the file to us direct by email attachment.  Larger sound file formats such as .wav, MP3, .wma etc can be sent directly to this website by upload.  When we receive the sound file from you, we will confirm receipt and advise the estimated completion time.  We then assign the file to the most suitably qualified person for the work in hand.  Once the file has been transcribed into your preferred format, it is sent back to you.

Putting it simply

In summary, you send us your sound files by upload or email.  We transcribe and return them to you within an agreed time frame by email, post or fax to suit your requirements. 

We ask that you carefully read our Terms and Conditions. You may also be asked to forward to us some further documents and files, depending on your specific requirements.
